It refers to the entire interior design and implementation project.
In the first phase, preliminary designs for all areas are created in detail. The planning solutions are prepared and presented in a format that includes three different alternatives. An interior design concept is then developed by creating interior collages for each main room based on the approved planning solution.
After the concept is reviewed and approved, 3D projection of each room is made.
On completion of the Interior Design Project, a set of execution diagrams and 3D visualizations are created in accordance with the approved planning solution. The full-project also includes detailed fabrication drawings for the production of furniture with special implications and, most importantly, a Material Selection File is compiled, consisting of material selections: finishing materials, furniture, fixtures and fittings and installation materials.
Full Project is ideal for people who need a comprehensive approach to an interior design project. This process includes all stages from planning decisions, material selection and finishing details, to product selection for furniture, lighting fixtures and installations.
In the first phase of the project, measured plans are created with the data obtained or measurements made in the field.
When developing our project, three different Layout Plans and Furniture Arrangement Plans are presented as a result of discussions with the client.
After discussing the three alternatives, the furniture arrangement plan and the corresponding final plan are decided.
Demolition and demolition operations and the elements to be removed are specified.
New walls and partition walls, proposed materials for construction, basic dimensions and connections are indicated. New door openings and dimensions are also included.
The plan specifies the location of the final sanitary installation, the type of plumbing device and the basic connections.
The plan specifies the location and type of floor coverings and the area covered by each covering.
The plan specifies the contour of the heating floors, basic dimensions, connections and the location of heating control devices.
The plan specifies the location, connections and dimensions of the radiators (existing and new).
The plan specifies the indoor unit air conditioning location, connections and recommended dimensions.
The ceiling plan specifies the materials used, colors, basic building dimensions and building height markings. The plan may include structures embedded in the ceiling.
A plan on the ceiling plan, indicating the location of the lights, their basic connections and the types of lamps.
The plan indicates the location of sockets and switches, basic connections and the socket and switch specification with symbols used.
The plan indicates the location of the electrical installation, the main connections and the electrical installation specification with symbols applied to the plan.
The plan indicates the location and group number of lighting devices, electrical installation under lighting, switches for lighting devices. Installation plan indicating the location of light fixtures, electrical outlets for lighting, switches for lighting fixtures and indicating the switch group number for lighting fixtures and backlights.
The descriptions include descriptions of the location of door and window openings, connections, wall cladding, dimensions of the stands, and the location of electrical and water appliances.
The descriptions include descriptions of the location of door and window openings, connections, wall cladding, dimensions of the stands, and the location of electrical and water appliances.
3D Projection is created only from a single version of an approved plan. In this projection only the dimensions of the furniture are taken into account, not the external appearance, because the purpose of 3D projection is to understand and show the volume of the space.
Interior collages are created for all main rooms based on the approved plan and present a concept of the future interior. Through the collages, the style, color palette, materials used, furniture, lighting and other interior elements are determined.
After the concept is discussed and approved, 3D visualizations are created for each room from different angles.
Contains technical instructions and detailed production drawings for specially manufactured furniture pieces. These drawings are passed on to the relevant specialists and prepared for production adjustments.
Technical instructions from the designer:
- It helps the customer to make a quick preliminary cost calculation in organizations that make custom-made furniture.
- It helps the furniture maker to understand the main idea and prepare a quick project for furniture production with minimal changes from the customer.
Material Choices is a compilation of four lists:
- Technical information of wall cladding materials
- Furniture list (including custom-made furniture, especially kitchen furniture)
- List of lighting fixtures
- List of wall cladding materials
Each section contains basic information for each position: name, photo, quantity, quantity, price, cost, link to purchase or store contact information.
Material Lists are more of a suggestion, visualizations and application schemes are created based on the selected materials.
Full project development time starts from 45 working days (*depending on the project area) for a standard area of 30-50 m2.
