What is Express Project?
Ekspres Proje is a set of drawings that allows construction masters to get a quick start on the construction site.
The Express Project package does not include the development of interior design, material choices and 3D modeling; instead, all the implementation schemes included in the package are created based on the ergonomics rules and the planning solution approved by the client and the preliminary information provided.
Who is the Express Project suitable for?
Express Project is suitable for people who do not need to develop a different design project for different reasons (limited budget, the client is psychologically not ready to work with the designer, there is no time to develop a design project, etc.). It is also suitable for people who need help in developing planning solution and basic implementation scheme for workers to start working quickly.
What is included in the scope of the Express Project?
Review
In the first phase of the project, measured plans are created with the data obtained or measurements made in the field.
Settlement Plan and Furniture Arrangement Plan
When developing our project, three different Layout Plans and Furniture Arrangement Plans are presented as a result of discussions with the client.
After discussing the three alternatives, the furniture arrangement plan and the corresponding final plan are decided.
Partition and Wall Breach Plan
Demolition and demolition operations and the elements to be removed are specified.
Partition and Walling Plan
New walls and partition walls, proposed materials for construction, basic dimensions and connections are indicated. New door openings and dimensions are also included.
Interior Architectural Installation Layout Plan
The plan specifies the location of the final sanitary installation, the type of plumbing device and the basic connections.
Slab Flooring and Skirting Plan
The plan specifies the location and type of floor coverings and the area covered by each covering.
Plan of Heating Locations and Radiator Layout
The plan specifies the contour of the heating floors, their basic dimensions, connections and the location of heating control devices.
The plan specifies the location, connections and dimensions of the radiators (existing and new).
Indoor Ventilation Layout Plan
The plan specifies the indoor unit air conditioning location, connections and recommended dimensions.
Screen Plan
The ceiling plan specifies the materials used, colors, basic building dimensions and building height markings. The plan may include structures embedded in the ceiling.
Interior Architectural Lighting Plan
A plan on the ceiling plan, indicating the location of the lights, their basic connections and the types of lamps.
Prism and Key Layout Plan
The plan indicates the location of sockets and switches, basic connections and the socket and switch specification with symbols used.
Electrical Installation Layout Plan for Lighting and Household Appliances
The plan indicates the location of the electrical installation, the main connections and the electrical installation specification with symbols applied to the plan.
Key Group Layout Plan
The plan indicates the location and group number of lighting devices, electrical installation under lighting, switches for lighting devices. Installation plan indicating the location of light fixtures, electrical outlets for lighting, switches for lighting fixtures and indicating the switch group number for lighting fixtures and backlights.
Wall Material Plan
The descriptions include descriptions of the location of door and window openings, connections, wall cladding, dimensions of the stands, and the location of electrical and water appliances.

Ekspres Project development time starts from 10 working days (*depending on the project area) as standard.
