Measured plans are created using the data obtained in the first stage of the project or the measurements taken on site.

Layout Plan and Furniture Arrangement Plan

While developing the project, three different Layout Plans and Furniture Arrangement Plans are presented as a result of meetings with the client.

After discussing the three alternatives, the furniture arrangement plan and the corresponding final plan are decided.

Partition and Wall Demolition Plan

Demolition and removal works, along with the elements that need to be removed, are specified.

Partition and Wall Construction Plan

Newly built walls and partition walls, recommended construction materials, basic dimensions, and connections are specified. New door openings and their dimensions are also included.

Interior Plumbing Layout Plan

The plan specifies the location of the final plumbing system, the type of sanitary fixtures, and the basic connections.

Flooring and Skirting Plan

The plan specifies the location, type, and covered area of each floor finish.

Heating Locations and Radiator Layout Plan

The plan specifies the outline of the heating locations, basic dimensions, connections, and the location of heating control devices.

The plan specifies the location, connections, and dimensions of radiators, both existing and new.

Interior Ventilation Layout Plan

The plan specifies the location of the indoor air conditioning unit, connections, and recommended dimensions.

Ceiling Plan

The ceiling plan specifies the materials, colors, basic structural dimensions, and structural height marks used in the ceiling. The plan may include recessed ceiling structures.

Interior Lighting Plan

A plan that indicates the location of lights, basic connections, and lamp types on the ceiling plan.

Socket and Switch Layout Plan

The plan specifies the location of sockets and switches, basic connections, and socket and switch specifications through the symbols used.

Electrical Installation Layout Plan for Lighting and Home Appliances

The plan specifies the location of the electrical installation, basic connections, and electrical installation specifications through the symbols applied to the plan.

Switch Group Layout Plan

The plan specifies the location of lighting fixtures, the electrical installation under lighting, the switches for lighting fixtures, and the group number. It is an installation plan that indicates the locations of light fixtures, electrical outlets for lighting, switches for lighting fixtures, and the switch group numbers for lighting fixtures and backlights.

Wall Material Plan

The notes include explanations indicating the location of door and window openings, their connections, wall finishes, stand dimensions, and the locations of electrical and water devices.

Technical Instructions for Furniture Production

Includes technical instructions and detailed production drawings for custom-made furniture pieces. These drawings are transferred to the relevant specialists and prepared for making production-oriented adjustments.

Technical instructions from the designer:
• Help the client quickly calculate preliminary costs in organizations that produce custom-made furniture.
• Help the furniture manufacturer understand the main idea and prepare a furniture production project quickly with minimum changes from the client.

Material Selection Lists

Material Selections are a compilation of four lists:
• Technical information of wall covering materials
• Furniture list, including custom-made items, especially kitchen furniture
• Lighting fixture list
• Wall covering materials list

Each section includes the basic information for each item: name, photo, quantity, price, cost, purchase link, or store contact information.

Material Lists are mostly advisory; visualizations and implementation schemes are created based on the selected materials.
