Prepayment is not currently required for registration to our Full Project, Express Project, Plan Project services. Online Projecting Services are drawing sets that include projects for the technical and structural parts of the space as needed. It consists of complete Interior Architecture Application Projects. Includes all technical details and application schemes. Priced on M2 basis.
We do not provide supervision, site visit and implementation services for projects developed by other designers. In order to receive these services, the project design service must be done by us.
The first meeting for Online Design packages is scheduled online after we receive the client information form for Online Design packages. The first meeting is very important, because it is then that we understand whether it will be comfortable for both you and us to work together, and at the same time we clarify all the nuances of the working process and answer your questions. The first meeting with us is scheduled after we receive the client information form that we send you for Online Project Services. The first meeting takes place online or face-to-face in Ankara.

With online communication in English and conference communication in Turkish, our Online Consulting sessions are held as online conferences only in Turkish. When you purchase one of the Online Design Packages and Online Consulting sessions, this package is valid for 3 months. During this period, you can start your process by contacting our whatsap line.
You can reschedule your appointments one time up to 2 working days before the appointment day. Second changes are not accepted. If there are less than 2 working days left until the appointment time, unfortunately, no changes can be made. If you are late for your session or appointment, the time will run and you will be able to use the remaining time. No additional time will be added.
If the process has not started; You can transfer it to anyone you wish without filling out the consultant information form we send you after your order.
If the process has already started; Since the project you receive in the architectural services group will be specific to that space / spaces, if the process has started and preliminary work has been done, it cannot be transferred to a different space. The places where preliminary work has been done can be transferred to different people provided that they continue in the same place. In order to transfer, it is enough to share the information of the person who will use your order (name, surname, e-mail address and phone number) from our Whatspp line. In case of transfer, the new user will be deemed to have accepted our order rules and sales contract. Note: In all processes, a single responsible person designated by the customer is informed. The same information is not communicated to more than one person separately.

In the Online Design Packages group, there is no right to cancel after 48 hours from the moment the order is created and/or after the consultant information form is filled out and sent to us. You can cancel within the first 48 hours from our whatsapp line.
For all counseling session orders, you can cancel within 24 hours from the moment you create the order.
Your return process is initiated 2 business days after your request and finalized within 7 business days. The result of the return process is sent to the buyer via e-mail. After your return is approved by us, the reflection of the fee to you varies depending on the procedure of your bank.
